Curriculum Vitae
University degree: I obtained my university degree in Physics in
1998, at the University of Padua. The thesis ("Medium-Range
Meteo-Marine Forecasts in the Mediterranean Region") was
related to the MAAMMed project of the CNR.
I was awarded a fellowship at the University of Padua, during which
I worked in the STOWASUS-2100 project of Environment and Climate Program
of the European Union.
Foreign languages: My knowledge of French is based on eight years
study at school; I have a basic knowledge of English, but I am attending
courses to improve.
Work experience: I am able to work with UNIX and Windows operating
systems, to program in FORTRAN77 and FORTRAN90, and to use Latex for writing
documents; I am familiar with NCAR graphics.

Present activities
I work as a scientific consultant at the Padua University in developing
HYPSE model for storm surge forecasts for Venice, in the framework of a
co-operation between the University of Padua and the Town Council of Venice.
I also work as a weather forecaster at the Meteorological Centre of
the Veneto region.
