Conference Fee


The Conference Fee is 200 euros for participants paying before April 30, 250 euros for participants paying after April 30, 100 euros for students. It includes the coffee breaks and the conference dinner. A contribution for the conference dinner, to be paid at the conference desk upon arrival, will be required for accompanying persons. The available funding allows us to provide supporting grants only to the students who request them (not to postdocs), and only in the form of a waiver of the conference fee.

Early payment is recommended, it can be made by bank transfer as described below.

Please make sure that the transfer slip contains the following information: "Planck-2009 fee for Your-surname Your-name". Participants from Italy may also need to include "PARTITA IVA: 01099140285" for their administrations. All bank charges of the sending and receiving bank must be paid by the sender, so that the full amount of the conference fee is received. After payment, please complete your registration by sending a scan of your receipt to planck2009@pd.infn.it or by faxing it to "Planck 2009 Secretariat" at the number +39-049-8277145.
The Conference Fee can also be paid upon arrival, at the conference desk, by credit card or cash (cheques are not accepted).
Reimbursement of conference fees is not foreseen.
