Following here the text as micro manual including some commented routine.
Finally the work is completed with the mouse routines.
In addition there is also a basic program I have used as testbed.

I have tested it only on my Millennium so no other hardware is compatible and anyway I assume no resposability for his usage. Here the mouse1.exe DOS binary (only for Millennium I/II).
His execution steps across some keyboard hits and mouse usage; I have included a new cursor mouse just for fun.
I can release his full source on request but no for commercial use.
