test on 2009 pot (requested by the PC):

_ "The CNGS commissioning was completed on Monday June 1st at 8:00 and the
2009 run was started officially. The first on-time event (a CC candidate
in SM2) was already observed during the CNGS commissioning period on
Saturday at 11:08. During the commissioning we recorded 106 on-time events
among which 25 candidate interactions in the bricks, corresponding to
  1.73E17 pot."
_ the CERN web page shows: 3.5023 E19 pot, counted from Monday June 1st at
  8:00
_ Raw POT 2009 (summing everything): 3.5194 E19
_ POT delivered in 2009 till Monday June 1st at 8:00 (after conversion
to UTC): 0.0173 E19 pot (which is the number given also in the report
  added above)
so 3.5194 - 0.0173 = 3.5021
which is basically identical to the 3.5023 of the CERN web page
